The executive chef is responsible for all of the food coming out of the kitchen. Monitoring the quality of the food, following all food safety regulations, creating new food entrees, and coordinating the entire kitchen. The Executive Chef is also responsible for hiring and training new and existing kitchen staff.
Senior Living Sales Manager
The Senior Living Sales Manager is directly responsible for developing and implementing a marketing and sales program to ensure maximum occupancy and revenue levels are achieved for Camellia Residences. This role will collaborate with the Marketing Specialist and reports to the General Manager to ensure Camellia Residences achieved its full capabilities and strategic plans are carried out as directed.
