Tammy Finn
Tammy Finn

Tammy is ATL Senior Living’s Director of Marketing and Communications.  Tammy majored in Business Administration and Marketing and Sales and later returned to school to become a nurse.  Tammy has 21 years’ experience in the Health Care Sector working with Seniors. 

Tammy likes to spend time with her family, hiking and volunteering in the Community in which she works for a healthy work life balance.  Most importantly, Tammy’s passion is Seniors striving to benefit them everyday. 

Mahmoud Ahamed
Mahmoud Ahamed

Licensed since 1991, Mahmoud has enjoyed a successful career as a realtor and a Managing Broker in Metro Vancouver. He specializes in residential sales, which includes condos, townhomes, single detached homes and rezoning mostly in the Grand Boulevard neighbourhood.

Mahmoud has lived in the Grand Boulevard neighbourhood since 1996 where he enjoys outdoor activities , music and golf. He currently serves on Vancouver Real Estate Board Professional Conduct Committee and has been trustee for the City of North Vancouver Library Board, external tutor for Sauder Business School Real Estate Division and proud supporter of Brooksbank Elementary School, where his son Imran once attended. You will love his easy going and pleasant demeanour. Awards from Sutton Group Realty include Presidents and Platinum Club 15 years continuously.
 

Charles Cantos

Founder and CEO

Charles is the founder and CEO of ATL Senior Living. Throughout years of cross-industrial experience, Charles has demonstrated success in leading business and systems integrations, in establishing transformation platforms to align business development, and in facilitating change management for better results. He is known for his ability to assess and resolve a wide range of healthcare, technology, business, and human capital issues. Prior to his role as ATL’s CEO, Charles was heavily involved in Canada’s health care system during his time at Provincial Health Services Authority as Supply Chain Manager and as Business Integration Manager from 2007 to 2012. He also spent some time as Senior Analyst and Security Administrator for Vancouver Coastal Health.

In his spare time, Charles enjoys spending quality time with his 2 sons. He also volunteers as their team soccer Coach and tries his best to spend more of his time outdoors.

Robin Dhir
Robin Dhir
Chair of Advisory Board

Robin Dhir is ATL Senior Living’s Chair of Advisory Board and is a seasoned Sales, Marketing, and Communications Executive who has a passion for challenge & community service. He been instrumental to the success of ATL Senior Living by leveraging his expertise to uncover the best strategic solutions for the company. Robin is the Strategic Advisor at Fasken Martineau which is the largest law firm in B.C., utilizing his extensive connections to assist with business development, strategic partnerships and sponsorship opportunities. He also keeps the firm abreast of Canada-India initiatives. Prior to this role, he held a number of positions of increasing responsibility for Duracell Canada, Beamscope Canada, and Kodak Canada.

In his spare time, Robin enjoys recreational sports and takes an active role in public affairs.  In December 2011, he was selected amongst an accomplished group of Young Professionals by Business in Vancouver as one of BC’s Top 40 Under Forty. In 2017, Mr. Dhir was appointed as a Director of Abbotsford Airport Authority. Robin also volunteers his time with a number of organizations including Junior Achievement of BC, Business Laureates of BC, BC Children’s Hospital Foundation, and Simon Fraser University’s India Advisory Council.

Strategic Advisor

Dr. Daren Hancott is a seasoned business executive with over 20 years of executive leadership, a business professor, chair of numerous boards including the BC Chamber of Commerce, Bosco Society and Currently the Private Degree Granting Institutions Association (PDGIA). He has written numerous articles, a book on leadership and is currently the Campus Provost/Vice President Academic of Yorkville University in BC.He has won numerous awards for achievements in Teaching Excellence Awards and is a Top 40 under 40 winner. He obtained his BComm Degree from Memorial University of Newfoundland (MUN), his Masters of Business Administration from Saint Mary’s University (SMU) and his Ph.D. from Capella University in Organization and Management with a specialization in leadership.

Shahilla Meghani, CPA, CA

Controller

Shahilla Meghani, CPA, CA plays a critical role in the accounting and financial reporting department of ATL Senior Living. Previously, working for WestStone Group of Companies, her primary focus was on real estate development consisting of sales and rental portfolios. Her keen interest lies in budgeting, analysis and financial modelling. With over 15 years of sound experience in public practice and industry roles, Shahilla plays a critical role in the financial processes and decision making of the company. With a family background in the seniors care industry, Shahilla brings a wealth of knowledge to the company and has a vision to provide quality seniors housing and service options in the seniors retirement living industry.

As a community volunteer, Shahilla participates in various community and fundraising events including raising funds for global poverty and various community outreach programs.

At ATL Senior Living, where family is the utmost important, Shahilla maintains a work/life balance by setting aside quality time for her two sons and enjoys travelling, site seeing, bike riding and hiking.

Hanah Damot
Hanah Damot
Public Relations Coordinator

As the Public Relations Coordinator, Hanah Damot is responsible for the marketing efforts of ATL Senior Living. Currently, Hanah is in her 4th year of studies at Simon Fraser University, studying under the concentration of Population and Quantitative Health Sciences Area of Emphasis. Her interests include health promotion, marketing, and learning about the determinants of health. Aside from balancing work and her academics, Hanah enjoys travelling, watching movies, and going to the beach.
