Charles is the founder and CEO of ATL Senior Living. Throughout years of cross-industrial experience, Charles has demonstrated success in leading business and systems integrations, in establishing transformation platforms to align business development, and in facilitating change management for better results. He is known for his ability to assess and resolve a wide range of healthcare, technology, business, and human capital issues. Prior to his role as ATL’s CEO, Charles was heavily involved in Canada’s health care system during his time at Provincial Health Services Authority as Supply Chain Manager and as Business Integration Manager from 2007 to 2012. He also spent some time as Senior Analyst and Security Administrator for Vancouver Coastal Health.
In his spare time, Charles enjoys spending quality time with his 2 sons. He also volunteers as their team soccer Coach and tries his best to spend more of his time outdoors.

He has written numerous articles, a book on leadership and is currently the Campus Provost/Vice President Academic of Yorkville University in BC.He has won numerous awards for achievements in Teaching Excellence Awards and is a Top 40 under 40 winner. He obtained his BComm Degree from Memorial University of Newfoundland (MUN), his Masters of Business Administration from Saint Mary’s University (SMU) and his Ph.D. from Capella University in Organization and Management with a specialization in leadership.
